A strategic aspect of biofuel production is securing feedstocks. Authorities push for increasing amounts of non-food feedstocks to be incorporated into biodiesel production. HBI is able to offer options in the following areas.

Used cooking oils (UCO)
HBI has developed privileged partnerships with UCO suppliers from all over the world with diverse qualities to serve the biodiesel producers.
Tallow
The world’s production of rendered animal fats and greases is around 15 million mt which represents around 8% of the global triglycerides production and ranks tallow as the most important triglyceride after palm, soya and rapeseed oils. As a privileged partner of animal by-products suppliers from all species (bovine, pork, poultry, fish, multi-species) and all categories (1,2 and 3), HBI is serving different markets including oleochemicals, food, feed, biodiesel.
